WHO IS THIS APP MADE FOR
This app is targeting mainly joiners who have not trained for a decade, or who feels like having rusted joints. Trainees that feels like their capabilities are a bit below level and want to lift them up to the required level to keep going.
PLENTY OF EXERCISE
More than 30 different fitness exercises distributed over a 20 levels plan. This is in addition to a scoring system that will help you track your progress after each training you make.
A 2 month to 3 month training program is considered more than enough to bring your level up to where you want it to be. In just 7 minutes a day, this application may be enough to give you confidence, and improve your capabilities to go to a complete training application.
